Trip Planning: Bronx Zoo

Since we will be moving to the Bronx in the near future, I wanted to see what they had to offer at the zoo. Looks like we will be heading out on Wednesdays.
They have a “do your best donation” thing going on those days. It’s cost effective, that’s for sure. We can plan to do the entire park in 3 weeks and just dedicate time to each section as we see fit. We might not take those trips till October, though.

You’re moving to my old hometown! The Bronx zoo is fantastic. You’re going to love it. Be sure to visit Arthur Avenue too when you go for some unbelievable Italian food

At least the benefits of field trips won’t be lost for your child’s educations. I was sad when some adventures like the zoo were cut from some public school calendars.
