Books: Silliest Cat & Great Uncle Tiger

My Cat, the Silliest Cat in the World by Gilles Bachelet and My G-R-R-R-Reat Uncle Tiger by James Riordan were two books on our summer roster.

The first has a picture of the “cat” eliminating, which caught us both off guard. He read most of that one by himself. He is mastering the phonics of words much better than before. The second was a good story about boasting. It turned out a bit different than we expected. He had me read this one to him as he followed along.
