Last night I got the brilliant idea to try and sneak my son some veggies. Now, many people have thought over the years to hide veggies in children’s favorite foods. He usually eats squash, sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes. Once in a while I can get him to eat mixed vegetables. Mind you, all of those are in baby food form.
I had some left over green beans so I distracted him will I used the chopper to annihilate them. Then I mixed them in with his noodle soup. He never even tasted the difference. He even asked for more. I guess I did a good job hiding them in there
I just wish they hadn’t been canned veggies…but veggies are veggies, no?
