It’s 9 o’clock

“I’m going to bed. I’m tired.” That’s what he just said to me. When did he start telling time? It’s quarter to nine. He looked at the clock, saw the hands on the 9 and said it was 9 o’ clock. Mind you, we have a clock with roman numerals.
