I was looking for a chart or list of things my son should be doing for himself at his age. I found a good one that gave me some insight into what I am allowing him to do. Right now he can
- prepare his own peanut butter and jelly or tuna sandwiches
- set and clear the table
- clean his room
- wash himself
- brush his teeth
He loves to help me cook, stir, mix, and prepare things. I have just recently been allowing him to get things out of the small fridge. He has been helping but the groceries away for a while now.
That’s what I can think of off the top of my head.
