Our Christmas projects

Okay so we did make the angels for the tree, only 2 of them, and they are made from a spoon and a rag. My son decided to make multi-cultural angels, though, so one of them has a black face. We didn’t have any other marker colors out, so I guess he thought that was as close as he was going to get to the real colors LOL. We also made a few Santa faces. I don’t teach him that Santa is real, so we are talking about the real St. Nick. He likes the character, though, so we did make a few faces.

Yesterday, I looked up the Christmas story so that he could see a video of it. There was an okay one on Google, but it’s not my favorite thing in the world. He got the idea, though, so it was worth it. We also made a paper with a star and a cross on it. It is not done yet because we are going to add some things about the Christmas story as we talk more about it. We also talked about the sacrifice of Christ and what it means for us. Here is the video that we watched. If you have a better one, please let us know.

Today we are going to be working more on that project, and probably making snowmen. Right now it’s lunch time so we are getting that out of the way.
