all over rash

Looks like an all over rash this time. He has the worst spots on his neck and lower back. He has been running naked for 2 days b/c he can’t stand clothing on his skin. It’s a shame…poor baby has such an itch going. It is kept to a minimum with the psorzema and cocoa butter, but he is still uncomfortable. He has heat rash on top of that and allergies are kicking his butt. He has had a bad cough from the tree pollen in the area. We have barely been going outside at all because of the heat, pollen, and mosquitoes. He is so allergic to the mosquitoes. As soon as he gets bit the area begins to swell and redden. I kept him from going camping because of his recent break out with rash and this cough.
